The Dunolly Historic Precinct Committee is a passionate group of volunteers dedicated to preserving the built history of this Victorian town.

The group has worked with Regional Development Victoria, Heritage Victoria and Central Goldfields Shire, the local community and private benefactors to fund the precinct’s revival from a collection of crumbling goldfields buildings to priceless assets.

Talented local trades people have restored the works of architecture back to their original polished states. Much research went into the task.

Original fittings, fixtures and furniture were retained, original colours researched and reinstated.
